Where are your bikinis and yoga clothes produced?

Our bikinis and yoga weras are 100% guaranteed produced in Bali, with the greatest care and finest material. All our products are homemade by local tailors, not produced in big factories. Your satisfaction is our priority. Since April 2021, our swimwear are in France, near Lille, so we can have a good worldwide mapping, to provide you affordable shipping fees, fast delivery, but always with a top-notch quality. November 2021 marks the launch of our sustainable yoga clothes made out of bamboo.

 

YES, WE ARE. Why? First, we only create timeless and high quality design with locally and high quality material. Also, I design all my creations at home and work directly with my tailors who do everything by hand, at theirs homes. No outsourcing or big companies involves in the process. There is no waste of fabric in the process. Our material leftovers are made into beautiful scrunchies. We also buy only what we need to produce a small quantities of each a piece. We are a small team of 6 people, totally transparent on our entire process, like we are right now.  We are trying to be as sustainable as possible , at our level, and trying to improve step by step every day.

 

              Can you tell me a bit more about sustainability?

Please have a look about our "Sustainability" menu where we explain the multiples advantage of the bamboo fabric and the natural dyeing process.

As a small brand who doesn't outsource, we ought to be as transparent as possible to you by showing you the place of dyeing, our tailors and where we produce. Please email us or reach us through Instagram if you have any question.

Please note that our bikinis are ethically handmade but not sustainable yet. 

 

The instructions for our yoga/everyday garments as well as for our bikinis are similar : 

Each of our swimwear/yoga wear is handmade, so we recommend you to follow these care instructions to ensure a long life for your new favorite garment:

=> While wearing, mind of the surfaces you are lying, sitting or leaning on. You can damage the fabric if the surface is too abrasive

=> Avoid putting the bikinis (mainly) in contact with tanning oils or your sunscreen products as it may alter the quality and the color.

=> Avoid going in over salty or over chlorinated water as the color will probably fade.

=> After use, rinse your swimwear/ yoga wear in cold water, hand wash it ( no washing machine) and dry flat in shade.

  

How do I place my order?

Ordering online from Sunbe Design is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

How do I checkout?

Once you have your selected items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account, or enter contact details.

Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use.

Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

 

How can I pay my order?

By credit card through our merchant partner site Stripe or via Paypal ( you don't need to create an account)

Which currencies do you accept?

The currency accepted on the website is EUROS.

Email us here if you want to pay your bikini order in GBP / USD or AUD, we can manage it

Email us if you wanna pay in € by bank transfer, we can manage it too :)

 

How and when do you send my order?

The order will be shipped within 2 working days after we received the confirmation of payment on Stripe. Once sent, we'll give you the tracking number of the package, so you can track it through the world :)

Please contact us here if you haven't received your handmade bikini order after 4 weeks.

 

We do ship worldwide our products. The cost of the shipping will be automatically calculated on the Checkout Page.

What are your shipping fees?

Sunbe Design is not liable on the payment of customs taxes in your country. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

What is our return policy?

We do not accept returns for refunds. You can however exchange in size, colour and style.

We will only accept returns for an alteration, or for an exchange in size, colour and style (excluding the cost of original shipping). Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.

• All returns must be sent via email to sunbe.design@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• All returns must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order.
• SUNBE DESIGN  is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• All returns must be in their original condition, with tags attached including hygiene seal. We will not accept tampered or worn goods  
• Please choose carefully - returns for exchange of size or style can only occur ONCE.
